RSVP - Kindly RSVP as soon as you can, no later than the 1st of June.

Ceremony & Reception Style - If weather permits, theceremony will be held outdoors around the back by the gazebo, if it’s raining - indoors at the Chapel.
The reception will be help indoors and is a standing cocktail/canapé event.

Dress code - Winter Formal, the weather will be around 6-12 degree’s (it’s cold) preferred neutral earth tones (beige, black, tan, cream, brown, sage, grey all the shades to blend in with the picturesque nature landscape around us).

Honeymoon - We’re not expecting gifts - your presence is more than enough.
If you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon adventure, we would be very grateful.

Phones - Feel free to use your phones, and if you happen to take any beautiful shots or videos, please make sure you share them with us!

Parking info - Parking is available on site, and opposite national parks.

Arrival timing guidance - The ceremony will begin at 4 o’clock exactly, we recommend arriving around 3:30pm to park and find your seat. If you arrive late, come grab a seat! Just maybe wait for an opportune time if people are walking down the isle.

Accommodation - I’ve including recommended accommodation’s at the top of this page, The Loft in the Mill will offer a discount to our guests if you quote “Gem’s Wedding on the 8.8.26” otherwise Airbnb is great and there’s some stunning places.

Transport Note - If you are organising taxi’s or alternate transport to our event, we recommend organising this in advance. The Hills is a sleepy town without too many Ubers floating about to grab last minute.
